Contest Rules

 

  1. Prize package consists of a trip for two to Rockies spring training in Scottsdale, Arizona. Trip includes round trip airfare from Denver International Airport to Phoenix, leaving on March 21, 2017 and returning on March 25, 2017, a hotel room for 4 nights, rent-a-car for five days and two tickets to the Colorado Rockies game against the Cleveland Indians on March 22 and two tickets to the Rockies vs Giants game on March 24, 2017. No substitution for this package will be allowed.  This prize package has no cash value.

 

  1. Entrants must be 21 years of age to win. Should a person under 21 years of age be selected as the original winner that person will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.  This procedure will be used until a qualified winner is selected.

 

  1. People may enter as many times as they wish, however in the interest of fairness limits have been placed on the number of times a person may enter each day. Those limits are as follows:

 

  1. On Air Call In registrations: One entry per person per day
  2. Sponsor registration boxes: One entry per person per visit. All paper entry forms must be filled out by hand.  Mechanical or electronic duplications of entry forms will be disqualified.
  3. Facebook: One entry per email address per day.
  4. Website: One entry per email address per day.

 

  1. The contest winner will be selected according to the following procedure: Website and Facebook entries will close at 12:00 Midnight on March 2, 2017. On air registrations will cease at 6:00 PM, Thursday, March 2, 2017.  In store registration boxes will be collected during the day on March 2, 2017.

 

On Friday, March 3, 2017, a semi-final pool of twenty entries will be selected in a blind drawing; five from the call in telephone entries, five from the sponsor box paper entries and ten from the Facebook and website entries.  After being selected, the names of the twenty semi-finalists will be copied onto identical, fresh entry forms.  From these twenty, the winner will be selected in a blind drawing.  The winner will be notified that day and announced on morning show on Monday, March 6, 2016.

 

  1. Decisions of the management of Montgomery Broadcasting L.L.C. are final.

 

  1. Employees of Montgomery Broadcasting L.L.C. and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
