One person is dead following a shooting in Burns on Wednesday. According to the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, at 1:23 p.m., deputies received a call of a shooting in the 4572 of Teal Lane.
Upon arriving on scene, deputies found a man who had been shot and pronounced dead on scene by Fire District 6. Deputies broadcast the description of Tyler Hill, who had fled the scene. Pine Bluffs PD located Hill and took him into custody with the assistance of deputies.
The incident is being investigated as a homicide by investigators. They believe all parties involved are in custody, and there is no danger to the community.
