Just after 9:00 Saturday night, Cheyenne Police Officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired in the 3700 block of Dell Range Blvd. in front of King Soopers.
Upon arrival, officers located one individual with an apparent gunshot wound, who was later declared deceased on scene. A second individual believed to be the suspect is in police custody.
No other details were released by Cheyenne Police.
