Cheyenne Police responded Tuesday afternoon to a collision on Deming Drive and Central Avenue. 55 year old Benjamin Jeffries was riding his bicycle south on Central and failed to stop at a stop sign at Deming Drive. He collided with a fuel tanker truck driven by 47 year old Brett Hickey. Jeffries was transported to CRMC with life threatening injuries.
