Cheyenne Police Detectives are seeking information about an arson that occurred in the 1200 block of Concerto Lane.
Surveillance video shows two suspects targeting a vehicle parked outside of a home. One broke the back window while the other ignited an incendiary device and threw it inside, causing significant damage.
