Cheyenne Police Detectives are seeking information about a theft that occurred at Black Hills Energy located at 1301 West 24th Street.
Surveillance video shows two unknown subjects on the utility provider’s property, gathering reels of copper wire and leaving out of camera view. It appears they broke into a gated yard and took over $1,500 worth of items.
