Harlan Edmonds has been offered a spot on the General Election ballot as a Republican nominee for House District 12. Edmonds has five days to accept the nomination.
Secretary of State Max Maxfield reports that Edmonds was one of just two write-in candidates for the state legislature who received the most votes and met the 25-vote minimum.
If Edmonds accepts the nomination, he will face Democratic candidate and incumbent Lee Filer in the General Election.
