THE CHEYENNE ANIMAL SHELTER IS ASKING FOR THE PUBLIC’S HELPINGIN LOCATING THE OWNER OF TWO DOGS THAT WERE ALLEGEDLY LEFT TO DIE….ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS, LAST WEEK, WERE DISPATCHED TO A HOME AT 316 CENTRAL AVENUE WHERE TWO DOGS WERE DISCOVERED THAT HAD BEEN LEFT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES WITH NO FOOD OR WATER. ACCORDING TO THE ANIMAL SHELTER, THE DOGS WERE JUST HOURS AWAY FROM DEATH. SHELTER OFFICERs ARE TRYING TO LOCATE THE OWNER ROY BURNETT. ACCORDING TO THE SHELTER THE DOGS WERE LEFT IN THE CARE OF A PERSON WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF “INDIO.” THE DOGS ARE NOW IN MEDICAL CARE AND IN STABLE CONDITION.
