WASHINGTON – Representatives from the Federal Commission on School Safety (FCSS) will travel to Cheyenne, Wyoming, on Tuesday, August 7, for their third listening session. Members of the public, as well as state and local government representatives will have the opportunity to speak to representatives of the Commission and express their views on how to improve school safety.
The listening session will be divided into three sessions – sessions one and two will be roundtable discussions between representatives of state and local government agencies, as well as Commission representatives (1 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.) and session three will be for members of the general public to express their views on how to improve school safety (4 p.m. – 6 p.m.).
