A fugitive from the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office has been captured after a barricade situation over the weekend. A heavy law enforcement presence responded to a home in the 3600 block of Duff Avenue on Sunday in which Anthony Bryant had barricaded himself in an attic.
When Deputies made contact, Bryant ran out of the house and a search was underway. A citizen directed deputies to the garage where Bryant was hiding in the attic.
Deputies made verbal contact with Bryant and talked him into coming down. Once down, he refused deputies commands and was tased.
Bryant was booked into the Laramie County detention center on burglary and theft charges. He was one of the 32 individuals arrested during Operation Shattered Glass.
