A construction crew found human remains on private property in southern Laramie County Monday morning. Around 9:38 am, Laramie County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the area of Terry Ranch Road and Parsley Blvd to investigate.
“It appears that the remains had been there for a substantial amount of time. The recovery is a lengthy process, due to weather or wildlife scattering potions of the body. It’s unclear at this time if the body belongs to a male or female. This is not a historic or archeological find,” said Chief Deputy Veldheer.
The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office will work with the Laramie County Coroner’s Office and the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigations to identify this person to help get closure for their family.
