On Tuesday morning (9am) new City Engineer, Amy Allen, was sworn in by Senior Municipal Judge, Mark Moran. Allen was unanimously approved to the position during Monday’s City Council meeting. Mayor Marian Orr — along with various department directors and city staff — were present at the swearing in ceremony held in the Mayor’s Conference Room.
