Laramie County Community College athletic director Mark Puev announced the hiring of a women’s soccer coach Monday. Former LCCC soccer player Jorge “Lugo” Arenas will lead the Golden Eagle’s program. Arenas was on the SportsZone Monday afternoon to talk about taking over the LCCC women’s soccer team.
