The City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities announced that construction activities for the North City
Improvements Project – Phase II will continue through Wednesday.
The placement of the asphalt was delayed due to high winds last week. All asphalt is now in place, and the contractor will complete the final concrete work on Monday and Tuesday.
