Two people were arrested Thursday on manslaughter charges in Laramie County.
The sheriff’s office reports 55-year-old Gizelle Kellum and 54-year-old Russell Perry were arrested following an investigation into the assault of Stacey (Jason) Mullen, which occurred on the night of August 19th or the morning of August 20th, 2023, at Curt Gowdy State Park.
Wyoming State Parks Rangers initially discovered an unresponsive man on August 20th, and upon determining Mullen had been assaulted, sought the sheriff’s office assistance. Mullen succumbed to his injuries.
