College athletic departments are still waiting on official word of when the House Settlement will be ruled on. The federal judge hearing the case has made a ruling that she wants roster limits to be phased in, or even grand-fathered in. This affects the way that athletic departments would prepare for the upcoming changes. Peter Prigge is the Associate AD for Compliance at Wyoming, and he was on the SportsZone to talk about all of those big changes coming.
