Matt McCarty, of Scottsdale, Arizona, won his first professional tournament last weekend, taking home $10,000 in winning the 65th Wyoming Open in Cheyenne. McCarty set a new tourney record, going -22 for the three rounds, and tied a competitive round record by firing at 59 last Friday in the first round. McCarty was on the SportsZone Monday evening to talk about the win.
