A judge has ruled two men will face first-degree murder charges in Laramie County District Court in connection with the death of a man earlier this month at a Cheyenne motel.
Laramie County Circuit Judge Thomas Lee also ordered a woman charged with being an accessory after the fact to the killing to face her charge in district court.
Anthony Hayward was found dead Dec. 7 at the Big Horn Motel in Cheyenne. He died of asphyxiation.
The Wyoming Tribune-Eagle reports defendants Dagoberto Ontiveros, Joshua Bowen and Kimberly Brewer appeared in circuit court Friday for a joint preliminary hearing.
Ontiveros and Bowen are accused of murdering Hayward in an attempt to commit robbery.
Prosecutors charge Brewer disposed of items belonging to Hayward and used his ATM to withdraw $400.
