CPD 1-3, 2017
On January 3, 2017, Cheyenne Police Officers arrested Dakota Ashcraft, 18, of Cheyenne, for vehicle burglary. Ashcraft was in the 1600 block of Crook Ave. when he was contacted by CPD officers. Ashcraft fled from officers on foot and was apprehended a short time later. Ashcraft was arrested for an outstanding municipal warrant, destruction of property, vehicle burglary, criminal entry and interference. If anyone was a victim of a vehicle burglary in or around the 1600 block of Crook Ave., please make a report by calling 307-637-6525. This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
