Company Blames Network for Credit Card Glitch

Charter Communications is blaming a phone and Internet disruption for keeping several Cheyenne businesses from being able to process credit card transactions last week.

Company officials say the problems occurred during an upgrade to speed up communications.

According to the Wyoming Tribune Eagle the problems knocked out credit card transaction processing between Nov. 7 and Nov. 12 at several businesses in Cheyenne.
