CASPER, Wyo. — Wyoming has its first $1 million jackpot winner in the Cowboy Draw lottery that began about six months ago.

The Wyoming Lottery Corporation announced a winning ticket was purchased by an unnamed individual at a Casper grocery store on Sunday.

This is the biggest jackpot win since the sale of a ticket worth less than $624,000 was announced in April.

Players pick five numbers up to 45, much like Powerball and Mega Millions. The jackpot increases from $250,000 until a winning ticket is sold.
