CPD 8-27-18
The Cheyenne Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at about 10:30 p.m. on August 24th in the 1000 block of Hot Springs Ave. When officers arrived they found a female with minor injuries to her hand. Officers determined Kyle Rozell, 29, of Cheyenne, had come to the location regarding a previous argument with the homeowners. Rozell then used pepper spray on the male occupant who retreated back into the house. When the female occupant of the home came out to speak with Rozell, he fired a handgun several times. Rozell then left the area in a black Cadillac passenger car.
Rozell is approximately 6’1” tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and a distinct “KR” tattoo on the right side of his neck. If anyone knows Rozell’s whereabouts, they can contact the Laramie County Dispatch Center at 307-637-6525. This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
