The Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation has received a generous donation to help care for children at the hospital. Vicky Fry, the Foundation’s Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving, said the 450 thousand dollar gift is a game changer for childcare in Cheyenne.
The donor asked to remain anonymous, but Fry said he gave the money to honor his wife.
The foundation has received 100 thousand dollars of the gift, and will get the rest will be paid early next year.
