A helicopter from F.E. Warren Air Force Base was called out on Monday to help with the search for a missing Ft. Collins, Colo. man who suffers from dementia. George Gosden, 64, was last seen by his family on Saturday evening.

Police say Gosden likes to walk, so he could be anywhere within 50 miles of Ft. Collins.

Edith Sakura, with 90th Missile Wing Public Affairs, says a helicopter was called out by the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center Monday afternoon, “They did a search for three hours and they did not find the gentleman, however the search is still ongoing.”

Gosden is a white male with brown hair. He’s six feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds and wears a Medic-Alert bracelet.
