On April 29, 2015, workers removed four historic pendant lights from the second floor of the Wyoming State Capitol. The lights were crated and will be sent to the historic lighting consultant Crenshaw Lighting based in Virginia to restore and retrofit for LED lights.

These lights will be re-installed once the interior restoration is complete. The removal of the lights is part of the next phase of investigative work in the Capitol to uncover the building’s structure for further analysis. The work started on April 20 and will continue for the next six weeks.
