City officials cut the ribbon on the new public safety center this week. The new center is home of the Cheyenne Police Department and the Combined Communications Center. The public safety center was approved by Laramie County voters on the last 6th Penny ballot and Police Chief Brian Kozak says he is thankful.
Kozak says the new building came in on time and on budget.
