The City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities’ (BOPU) payment drop box located at 2416 Snyder Avenue was vandalized and its contents stolen early this morning, October 12, 2016. Customers who dropped off payment or account information in the BOPU’s payment drop box between 8 a.m. Tuesday, October 11 through 4 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016 are asked to call the BOPU for alternative payment arrangements at 307-637-6460. In addition, customers who used the payment box are encouraged to place stop payment on checks.
