CHEYENNE,Wyo.— The Cheyenne Police Department was called to 4523 E. 14th St. at 11:30 p.m last night after receiving a report of gunshots being fired.
Officers arrived on scene and found two men had been shot. One man died on scene and the other was transported to the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center where he later died. Cheyenne Police Detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting and are looking at all aspects of the incident including homicide and self-defense.
