Quincy Howe is the associate head coach, and jumps coach, for Wyoming Track and Field. He is also a member of the University of Wyoming Athletics Hall of Fame. Howe was on the SportsZone Wednesday evening to talk about Cowgirl junior Ja’la Henderson, as she prepares to qualify for the NCAA national meet, this weekend in Sacramento.
