Charter Spectrum Customers Dissatisfied with Cable Service

Staff   2-27, 2016

A cable company’s service to Cheyenne is causing some to contact the mayor’s office. Last week was a particularly bad one for Charter Spectrum Cable serving residents in Cheyenne. The cable signal would freeze and lock up constantly, resulting in customers lashing out at the company on social media and calling the mayor’s office. Mayor Rick Kaysen says he has had discussions with Charter Spectrum about their service. They acknowledged a problem that has, hopefully, been fixed.

Kaysen says his office will continue communications with Charter Spectrum representatives to ensure their service meets proper standards.

One of the biggest issues customers had was lack of answers and poor customer service when calls were made to the company.
