After a national search, Children’s Museum of Cheyenne (CMC)  announced the selection of local architect Tobin and Associates partnered with Minneapolis based, award-winning firm HGA, and exhibit design firm Roto as their Design Team.

Roxanne Nelson, Lead Architect with HGA stated, “The team of HGA and Tobin & Associates is very excited to partner with Children’s Museum of Cheyenne on this transformational project for downtown Cheyenne. We are impressed by the clear focus and purpose-driven vision of CMC, and the energy and enthusiasm moving this project forward. Our team is thrilled to be starting design on this catalyst project that will inspire and educate the youth of the region, and will be a point of pride for all in Cheyenne.”

Tobin and Associates agrees. Per local Project Manager Will Wedemeyer, “The enthusiasm that this project is bringing to our community is truly exciting and the passion that is felt and heard when working with the Building Committee of the Children’s Museum of Cheyenne and the Board is incredible.  This project will mean so much to this community, to our children and to the further development of the downtown.  We are looking forward to being a part of this project and with our team of local consultants and award winning design firm, working alongside CMC to see their vision become a reality and creating something that will have a lasting impact in Cheyenne.”

Exhibit design firm, Roto, completes the trifecta Design Team and “is delighted to participate on the CMC project, joining an energetic and deeply-committed Board and other community stakeholders. We look forward to exploring many possible exhibit themes and ideas to create a genuinely high-quality, high-performance children’s museum for Southeast Wyoming.”
