The Cheyenne Police Department responded to Destiny Church, 711 Warren Ave., for an accident that occurred at 1:15 a.m. this morning. Alexander Wall, 24, of Cheyenne, hit another vehicle at the intersection of I-180 and 9th Street before crossing the median, driving through a chain link fence, and crashing into the Destiny Church building. Wall was transported to the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and issued citations for DUI, reckless driving, driving under suspension, registration violation, and no insurance.
