Three men have denied plotting to kill a Cheyenne man with a pipe bomb.
The Laramie Boomerang reports (http://bit.ly/1JwZP5X ) 39-year-old Ryan Brown, of Laramie; 30-year-old William Ferrill, of Rock River; and 31-year-old Eric Farrar, of Cheyenne, have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
According to court records, Ferrill told investigators that he, Brown and Farrar had been gathering materials with a plan to kill a man Brown believed was having an affair with his wife. Ferrill said Brown offered $5,000 to carry out the plot, and an investigation turned up a text message from Farrar requesting a $1,500 advance payment.
Brown has also pleaded not guilty to a possession of explosives charge
