Wednesday was National Signing Day, and the Wyoming Cowboys signed 23 players. Eleven on the offensive side of the ball, 11 defensive players and a kicker. They got their players from 11 different states. One of those was a quarterback from Yukon, Oklahoma (Mustang High School), Chandler Garrett. He was rated the eighth best recruit, by 247 Sports, from the Sooner State. He was on the SportsZone Wednesday afternoon to talk about his decision.
