Comedian Nick Offerman will perform Friday, Sept. 19, at 8 p.m. in the University of Wyoming College of Arts and Sciences auditorium.
Offerman is known for his work on “Parks and Recreation” as Ron Swanson, for which he received the Television Critics Award for Individual Achievement in Comedy. He also is known for his roles in “We’re the Millers” and “21 Jump Street.”
Last October, Offerman released a book titled “Paddle Your Own Canoe: One Man’s Fundamentals for Delicious Living,” in which he shares his humorous ruminations on life, manliness, meat and, of course, growing the perfect mustache.
His performance is part of Family Weekend activities at UW. An online presale for tickets will be offered Monday, July 14-Thursday, July 17, at www.uwyo.edu/finearts.
After that, student tickets will be available beginning Monday, Aug. 25, for $15. Students also may purchase premium seats for $20.
