On Sept. 6 from 7 a.m. to noon, 24th Street between House and Evans avenues will be closed to motorists. Barricades will be placed at both ends of the block during this time.
The street is being closed to allow a crane to lower equipment used to repair a chiller on Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s roof. A Cheyenne Regional engineer will be on hand to oversee the operation.
Access to the hospital parking garage north of 24th St. will be available from Warren Avenue. Pedestrians will be able to cross 24th Street at the pedestrian crosswalk during this time.
