Laramie County Sheriff’s Department 9-21, 2016
At around 9 a.m. on September 21, detectives from the Laramie County Sheriff’s Department located and arrested Austin Daniels. Daniels was located at the Rodeway Inn. The gun, a Smith and Wesson .380 handgun, was also located.
Daniels has been taken into custody on a Failure to Appear warrant with the original charge being Conspiracy to Commit Burglary. He is currently being questioned about his part in the shooting on Drew Court.
