Construction has started on one of the main traffic arteries in downtown Cheyenne. Phase three of the 19th Street construction project is underway. Phase three will take construction from Pioneer to Warren Avenue and will, at different times, shut down intersections at Central and Warren. Mayor Rick Kaysen says they know the construction will be an inconvenience.
Kaysen says businesses will be open during the construction, which is schedule to wrap up some time in November.
